Terms and Conditions of Service for Water Girl Creations:
By making a purchase, you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions set forth below. Failure to read terms and conditions voids any guarantees, no exceptions.
Payment:
All purchases must be paid in full prior to shipment, no exceptions. Current payment methods accepted include cash, PayPal, Venmo, Square (credit card) and postal money orders. Payment plans are offered on animals/groups greater than $1,000. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on all payment plans. All payment plans must be completed within 30 days of the receipt of the initial deposit, unless an exception has been agreed upon in writing. Failure to make the complete payment within the 30 day window results in forfeiture of the deposit, no exceptions.
Shipping:
For the safety of our animals, we will only ship to FedEx Hubs as "Hold for Pickup". We will not ship to home addresses/other locations. We will determine when acceptable shipping conditions exist and discuss shipping window with the customer. Shipment dates will only be considered Monday-Wednesday. Seller and customer will agree on shipment date, and a confirmation of shipment will be provided to the customer when shipment occurs. We reserve the right to reschedule a shipment at our discretion if conditions become unfavorable.
International Shipping:
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. That being said, many of our customers arrange to have their geckos exported through the use of a third party service. We DO NOT offer our LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE on international shipments. While we have not had any incidents so far, the risks are inherently higher with many aspects out of our control. If you are exporting a gecko from us, you do so at your own risk.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
Customers MUST retrieve their shipment from the FedEx Hub within 4 hours of shipment arrival. Any exceptions to this must be agreed upon in writing previous to shipment being sent. Failure to retrieve the shipment within the 4 hour window will negate the live arrival guarantee. Customers must confirm live arrival within 1 hour of receiving shipment. If a shipment arrives DOA and the customer retrieved the package within the 4 hour window, a complete refund or replacement animal will be given, provided that immediate alert of any DOA animal is reported within 1 hour of receipt of shipment. Notification of DOA must be accompanied by timestamped photo/video evidence.
Animal Health:
Animals are guaranteed healthy and accurately represented at time of sale. Any dispute of health of animal or quality of animal must be made within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. There is no health guarantee beyond the first 24 hours. We do not guarantee the sex of any of our animals, unless they are of adult/mature size or previously proven. Juvenile animal sexes will be identified to our best ability, but is not guaranteed and does not warrant a refund/replacement.
Returns
All live animal sales are final. In order to protect our collection, no returns will be accepted.
Order Cancellations:
All sales are final. Please do not place an order if you are not 100% sure you can commit to the purchase of the animal(s).
Water Girl Creations reserves the right to refuse a sale for any reason.
